Welcome to Payne & Co. Photography | New Orleans Family Photographer. By using this website or booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Business Information

Payne & Co. Photography is owned and operated by Ashley Payne, a family photographer based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Specializing in heartfelt, honest, and emotive storytelling, Ashley captures the real and tender moments of family life with warmth and intention. 2. Use of Website

All content on this site, including images, text, and branding, is owned by Payne & Co. Photography and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the website.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All sessions require a signed agreement and a retainer to secure your date. The retainer is non-refundable and applied toward your total session fee. Full payment is due (7) days prior to session date.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance. Retainers are transferable to a new date if rescheduling is requested in time and subject to availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All images taken during your session are the intellectual property of Payne & Co. Photography. Clients receive usage rights for personal use only. Commercial or third-party use must be requested in writing.

5. Liability

Your experience matters deeply to us, and we take great care in our sessions and online presence. That said, Payne & Co. Photography cannot be held responsible for unexpected events or circumstances beyond our control—such as inclement weather, technical difficulties, or last-minute changes—that may impact your session or your experience on this website.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the site or services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
